陈勇毅教授运用调肝化瘀法治疗脑病经验

Medical Records of Regulating Liver and Dissipating Blood Stasis in Encephalopathy Therapy from Professor CHEN Yongyi

陈勇毅教授提出脑病的病机主要是由于肝失疏泄,瘀血内阻,脑络渗灌障碍,神机运转不利所致。据此,主张调肝化瘀法治疗脑病,调畅肝气以游溢精气,灌溉脑络;活血化瘀以开心孔,清脑窍,促进神机运转。临床应用于呆病、郁证、不寐、眩晕、颤证等治疗,颇多效验。

Professor CHEN Yong-yi proposed that encephalopathy was mainly caused by liver failure dispersion,blood stasis,infiltrating irrigation disorder in brain collaterals and stucking of body running in TCM. Based on the pathogenesis,he used the method of regulating liver and dissipating blood stasis in encephalopathy therapy,which can regulate the flowing of liver qi,to activate essential qi and irrigate the brain collaterals. Dissipating blood stasis by promoting blood circulation to clear heart and induce resuscitation,promote the circulation of body running. This method is verified in clinical treatment of encephalopathy such as dementia,depression syndrome,insomnia and tremor syndrome,etc.
