摘要
目的:探讨四大基源郁金对四氯化碳肝损伤模型小鼠的保护作用差异。方法:实验设四大基源郁金水煎液高剂量组、阳性药物组、空白对照组及模型组,分别观察其对肝指数、血液ALT、AST;肝组织SOD和MDA的影响。结果:与空白对照组相比,肝指数、血清ALT、AST模型组与空白对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。各给药组与模型组比较肝指数无明显降低(P>0.05)。模型组与空白组比较,SOD、MDA模型与空白对照无显著性差异,根据SOD、MDA均值可知蓬莪术组效果较其他各组好。结论:实验表明不同基源郁金对CCl4引起的急性肝损伤的保护作用不明显但在各个指标方面存在一定差异。
Objective: To investigate the difference of protective effects on hepatic injury induced by Carbon Tetrachlitied( CCl4) between four sources Radix Curcumae in mice. Methods: The experimental rats were arranged into four high-dose groups of four sources Radix Curcumae,a positive control group,a control and a model group. Hepatic index,ALT,AST,SOD,MDA in hepatic tissue were detected respectively. Results: Compared with control group,the hepatic index,ALT and AST level of model group were significantly different( P〈0. 05). However,compared with model group,the hepatic index of experimental therapy groups did not significantly decrease( P〉0. 05). Although,compared with control model,either the SOD or the MDA level of model group was not significantly different,while according to the mean level of SOD,MDA,we found that the protective effect of Curcuma Phaeocaulis Valeton is better than other groups. Conclusion: The experimental results show that the protective effects between four sources Radix Curcumae on hepatic injury induced by Carbon Tetrachlitied( CCl4) in mice were not significantly different,but there are some differences in some of the indicators.
