疏血通配合牵引中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Shuxuetong Injection Combined with Lumbar Drag and Chinese Medicine Fumigation in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Protrusion

目的:观察疏血通注射液配合牵引和中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:120例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组分别60例,对照组给予牵引和中药熏蒸治疗,治疗组加用疏血通注射液治疗。疗程两周。结果:治疗组临床治愈率优于对照组,两组比较有显著统计学意义,P<0.01。结论:疏血通注射液配合牵引和中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果明显,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy on lumbar disc protrusion（ LDP） treated with Shuxuetong injection combined with lumbar drag and Chinese medicine fumigation. Methods： 120 patients of LDP were randomized into two groups. Control group was given lumbar drag and Chinese medicine fumigation and treatment group given Shuxuetong injection besides lumbar drag and Chinese medicine fumigation. It lasted 2 weeks. Results： The efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy on LDP treated with Shuxuetong injection combined with lumbar drag and Chinese medicine fumigation is much better,deserving to be promoted in application.
