稳心颗粒联合西药治疗心律失常临床疗效分析及安全性评价

Wenxinkeli Clinical Efficacy Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Arrhythmia Analysis and Safety Evaluation

目的:探讨稳心颗粒联合西药治疗心律失常临床疗效及其安全性,为临床诊断治疗提供参考。方法:94例心律失常患者根据随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组采用普罗帕酮片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合稳心颗粒治疗。两组治疗疗程均为4周。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率(91.49%)显著高于对照组(72.34%),且具有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后心率变化比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后ST段压低、室性早搏、ST段压持续时间显著低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒联合西药治疗心律失常临床疗效显著,且不良反应少,临床应用安全可靠,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective： To investigate Wenxinkeli combined western medicine clinical efficacy and safety of arrhythmia,provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods： 94 cases of arrhythmia in this group were randomly divided into a control group and observation group according to the random number table,all 47 cases. The control group was propafenone tablets in the treatment,combined with the observation group Wenxinkeli treatment on the basis of the control group. Treatment,a course of four weeks. Results： The total treatment efficiency（ 91. 49%） was significantly higher（ 72. 34%）,and has a statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; heart rate difference between the two groups of patients before and after treatment was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）; observation group after treatment ST-segment depression,premature ventricular contractions,ST segment depression was significantly lower than the duration of the treatment and control group before and after treatment,and there is statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; observation group after treatment adverse events rate was significantly lower than the control group,and there is significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Wenxinkeli combined western medicine arrhythmia significant clinical effect and adverse reactions,clinical application is safe and reliable,worthy of further application.
