摘要
目的:通过评估原发性高血压患者运动心肺功能,探讨原发性高血压患者运动耐量的变化。方法:选择符合受试者标准的病例84例,按照有无原发性高血压分为原发性高血压组(n=60)和非高血压组(n=24),进行心肺运动试验,比较两组每千克体重最大摄氧量(VO_2max/ka)和每千克体重无氧阈(AT)时摄氧量(VO_2AT/kg),比较两组的心率、血压和运动时间,观察心率、血压恢复情况。结果:在运动试验过程中,原发性高血压组的基础收缩压(SBP)、基础舒张压(DBP)显著高于非高血压组;运动时间、VO_2/max/kg、VO_2/AT/kg、最大心率(HRmax)均显著低于非原发性高血压组。在运动恢复过程中,原发性高血压组2分钟心率恢复(HRR2)、3分钟心率恢复(HRR3)以及2分钟收缩压恢复比(2min rSBP)、4分钟收缩压恢复比(4min rSBP)均显著低于非高血压组。结论:原发性高血压患者在无明显心脏功能异常的情况下,可能存在运动耐量减低,但在运动恢复过程中,与非高血压组并无非常显著的差异。提示原发性高血压患者可以通过适当的运动提高运动耐量,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the exercise tolerance of patients with essential hypertension through evaluating cardiorespiratory function.Methods 60 patients with simple essential hypertension(group EH)and 24 healthy subjects(group N)participated in this study.All subjects underwent exercise test and their VO_2max/kg,VO_2AT/kg,heart rate,blood pressure and exercise duration were simultaneously obtained.The data from the two groups were compared.Results The baseline SBP and DBP of group EH were significantly higher than those of group N.Exercise duration,VO_2max/kg,VO_2AT/kg,and HRmax of group EH were significantly lower than the group N.2min heart rate,3 min heart rate,2 min SBP,3 min SBP,2min and 4min ratios of recovery systolic blood pressure to peak exercise systolic blood pressure during recovery phase of group EH were all significantly lower than those of group N.Conclusions Exercise tolerance of patients with simple essential hypertension decreased obviously as compared with the healthy subjects.
