摘要
目的:通过与YSI-1500型血糖仪(YSI)的比较,评价罗氏卓越型血糖仪(罗氏)是否能用于测定异麦芽酮糖(Iso)的血糖指数(GI)。方法:分别用罗氏和YSI测定服用50 g葡萄糖(Glu)或Iso后2 h的血糖反应。计算血糖应答曲线下增加的面积(IAUC)和Iso的GI值,并比较两个血糖仪测定的结果。结果:罗氏的平均血糖浓度显著高于YSI的平均血糖浓度(6.64±0.10 vs 5.65±0.09 mmol/L,P<0.01)。罗氏的IAUC_(Glu)平均值显著高于YSI的IAUC_(Glu)平均值(322.98±17.18 vs 291.10±16.70 mmol×min/L,P<0.05)。罗氏IAUC_(Iso)平均值与YSI的IAUC_(Glu)平均值无显著差异(102.36±11.86 vs 91.37±8.19 mmol×min/L)。罗氏的GI_(Iso)平均值与YSI的GI_(Iso)平均值无显著差异(31.62±3.01 vs 31.59±2.51)。结论:尽管用罗氏卓越型血糖仪测定的血糖浓度明显高于用YSI-1500型血糖仪测定的血糖浓度,但用罗氏卓越型血糖仪测定低GI的异麦芽酮糖的GI值是可行的。
Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Roche ACCUCHEK Performa glucose portable meter(Roche) for determining the glycemic indices(GI) of isomaltulose through comparison with the YSI-1500 glucose analyzer(YSI).Methods After consumption 50 g of glucose or isomaltulose,the 2-hour postprandial glucose responses of the subjects were measured by ACCU-CHEK and YSI,respectively.Incremental area under the blood glucose response curve(LAUC)and GI values were calculated.Results The mean glucose concentration measured by Roche was significantly higher than that by YSI(6.64 ± 0.10 vs 5.65 ± 0.09 mmol/L,P 0.01).Also the mean IAU_(Glu)? calculated by Roche was significandy higher than that by YSI(322.98 ± 17.18 vs 291.10 ±16.70 mmol x min/L,P 0.05).There was no differences in the mean IAUC_(Iso)calculated by Roche and YSI(102.36 ± 11.86 vs 91.37 ± 8.19 mmol × min/L),and in the mean GI value determined by Roche and YSI for isomaltulose(31.62 ± 3.01 vs 31.59 ± 2.51).Conclusion Roche ACCU-CHEK Performa glucose portable meter seemed to be an appropriate instrument for determining the GI value of isomaltulose,though difference in glucose concentrations measured by Roche and YSI existed.
