摘要
目的探讨超声弹性成像与3.0T磁共振T2WI成像对前列腺癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经系统穿刺活检术证实的95例前列腺疾病患者术前超声弹性及MRI T2WI检查数据,结合病理组织学比较两种检查方法对前列腺癌的诊断价值。结果超声弹性成像、磁共振T2WI成像对前列腺癌诊断的灵敏度分别为85.29%、79.41%,特异度分别为70.49%、81.97%,诊断准确率分别为75.79%、81.05%,超声弹性成像、磁共振T2WI成像的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.779、0.807,超声弹性成像和MRI T2WI成像两种检查方法对前列腺癌的诊断价值无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论超声弹性、MRI T2WI成像对前列腺癌的检测均具有较高价值,对于指导临床合理个体化治疗具重要意义。
Objective To compare real-time sonoelastography with T2-weighted magnetic resonance imaging( MRI T2WI) in diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods Ninety-five patients with an elevated prostate-specific antigen( PSA) level were investigated with real-time sonoelastography and MRI T2MI for prostate cancer diagnosis before systematic prostate biopsy. With pathological results of biopsy as gold standard the diagnostic value of sonoelastography and MRI T2WI was assessed. Results The sensitivity,specificity and accurate rate of sonoelastography for diagnosis of prostate cancer were85. 29%,70. 49%,75. 59% respectively and those of MRI T2WI were 79. 41%,81. 97%,81. 05%,respectively( all P 〉0. 05). Conclusion Both Real-Time sonoelastography and MRI T2WI are of value in differential diagnosis of prostate tumors.
