摘要
微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一组由动物、植物和病毒基因组编码的长度约18-24 nt的小分子单链RNA。miRNA在进化上高度保守,通过与靶基因3'非翻译区(3'-untranslated region,3'-UTR)相结合从而抑制靶基因的翻译或使其降解。近年来,有研究证实miRNA通过其转录后机制,参与了胚胎发育和细胞的增殖、分化及凋亡等过程,与肿瘤、心脏等疾病的发生发展密切相关。本研究就miRNA在心肌肥厚、心肌纤维化、心律失常和心力衰竭中的研究进展进行了综述。
MicroRNA(miRNA) are a group of single-chain small-molecule RNA with a length of about 18-24 nucleotides,which are encoded by the genome of animals,plants and virus.miRNA are highly conservative in the evolution and combine with the 3'-untranslated region(3'-UTR) of target gene,so as to repress the translation of or to degrade its target mRNA.Recently,researches have confirmed that miRNA realize its functions involving embryonic development,cell proliferation,differentiation,necrosis,apoptosis and other processes through its post-transcription mechanisms,and they are associated with the occurrence and development of diseases including cancer,heart diseases.This article presents a review on roles of miRNA in the process of myocardial hypertrophy,myocardial fibrosis,cardiac arrhythmia and heart failure.
