摘要
以汽车铝合金盖板铸件为研究对象,应用ProCAST压铸模拟分析软件,对其压铸过程的填充及凝固过程中的流动场、温度场以及模具的温度场和应力场进行了模拟分析,并预测了模具可能失效的区域,分析结果与模具实际失效区域一致。
The simulations of filling and solidification processes for die-casting aluminum alloy cover were conducted based on the ProCAST software. The temperature distribution and filling state in solidifica- tion and filling process were presented. Then the possible die surface failure region was predicted based on the analyzing thermal stress field of the mould. The predicted failure regions were consistent with the practical ones.
