摘要
为了确定薄壁高强韧轻载动力机械活塞的最佳工艺及模具结构,采用Flow-3D对不同挤压铸造工艺方案的充型及凝固过程进行了模拟,确定了最佳的工艺方案。基于此方案的模流分析,优化了模具结构。经生产验证,设计方案合理,符合铸件使用要求。
Filling and solidification of different squeezing casting schemes were simulated with the help of the Flow-3D for thin-walled high strength-ductility piston for light-loading power machinery to deter- mine the optimized parameters and mould structure. Based on the Flow-3D analysis, the mould structure was optimized. The practical production verified that the optimized design is feasible, meeting the piston requirements,
