摘要
针对某小型发动机缸体材质和铸件品质的要求,进行了铸型设计,砂芯配方及结构试验。采用Zr、Ti、Sr元素对ZL105A合金进行了变质处理,并在专用装置中进行过滤、负压动态精炼及低压凝固。结果表明,型芯强度能达到0.08MPa,可以满足缸体铸造工艺的需要,且清理方便,铸件的合格率能达到90%。
Aiming at high requirement to material and casting quality of small engine cylinder, design of mold, formula of sand core and structural tests were conducted. Zr, Ti and Sr element were added into ZL105A alloy for refinement and modification. Methods of filtering, dynamic refining in vacuum, solidi- fication in low pressure were used for the special device. The results show that strength of core can reach 0.08 MPa, meeting the needs of the cylinder block casting with conveniently cleaned. The qualifi- cation rate of casting can reach 90 %.
