摘要
自1967年开始低强度激光疗法就被世人所知,并且作为一种有效的治疗手段广泛应用于神经科、牙科、眼科及再生医学等方面。本文整理、归纳了近年来有关低强度激光实验研究和临床应用的文献,对低强度激光疗法在治疗炎症、促进伤口愈合、组织再生及缓解肌肉疲劳等方面的细胞分子机制的新进展进行概述。结果发现低强度激光能通过调节细胞因子的分泌、基因的表达、蛋白质合成等达到治疗的目的。了解低强度激光疗法的细胞分子机制对临床应用低强度激光治疗疾病至关重要。
Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) has been known since 1967 and has gained more and more attention in recent years as an effective therapy in neurology, ophthalmology, dentology, regenerative medicine and so on. This review sorts many experimental studies and clinical applications about LLLT published in recent years, and summarizes the advances of the potential mechanisms of LLLT in treating inflammation, promoting wound healing and tissue regeneration, reducing muscle fatigue. It shows that LLLT could treat diseases through modulating cytokines release, gene expression and protein synthesis. The understanding of the cellular and molecular mechanisms of LLLT is of great importance for clinical application of LLLT.
