慢病毒载体的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 基因治疗作为一种相对理想、高效、特异的治疗手段,已成为治疗肿瘤和遗传病等难治性疾病的有效方法。目前,基因治疗已成为生命科学领域最重要的研究之一。在2008年基因治疗的临床试验中,65%用于癌症,9%用于心血管疾病,8%用于单基因病,7%用于传染病,2%用于神经性疾病及眼部疾病[1]。目前用于基因治疗的载体大多数为病毒载体,要求能够严格控制目的基因表达,并确保治疗的有效性和减少毒副作用。
