低分子压裂液处理装置试验与改进

摘要 近年来,长庆油田在压裂时越来越多地采用了一种低分子压裂液,这种液体不同于常规压裂液,破胶具有可逆性,对返排液进行处理回收后,适当配液即可重复使用。针对配套开发的一种旋流沉降处理装置在现场应用q-的一些缺陷,提出了低分子压裂液处理装置的改进设想,以提高液体的回收利用率。 In recent years, a low molecular fracturing fluid was more and more applied to the fracturing in Changqing oilfield. This kind of liquid is different from tbe conventional fractoring fluid. The gel breaking has reversibility. The flowback liquid is processed and ret'overed lo reuse with proper dosing. In the light of some shorlemnings of a cyclone settlement processing device applied to the field, that was developed for supporting technologies, an improved vision of processing apparatus for low molecular fracturing fluid is proposed in order to improve the recycling rate of the liquid.
