井下压力计监测在评价水平井分压有效性中的应用

摘要 水力喷砂分段压裂是长庆油田水平井改造的主体技术。由于封隔器的损坏发生管内窜。是导致目的层段未得到有效改造的主要因素。因此,评价分压有效性能够分析水平井改造效果,为后期进行重复压裂选井选段提供依据。以往分压有效性仅通过地面施工曲线的油套压破压是否明显来判断.但地面压力波动受人为因素影响较大,判断的准确性和可靠性较低。利用井下压力计监测技术获取井底压力、温度资料,分析井底与地面曲线变化特征,能够准确判断目的层段是否发生管内窜,目前该技术已幕计开展应用20口井125段。成为评价水平井分压有效性最为经济、简单、可靠的手段。 The hydrublasting staged fracturing is the mainstay of technologies for horizontal well stimulation of Changqing oilfield. Fluid in-easing channeling caused by paeker failure is the main ['actor for the intervals of target zone not to be effeetively stinmluted. Therefore, Io evaluate the effectiveness of staged fracturing would help us to analyze the result of horizontal well stimulation, and provide basis for selection of intervals and/or wells to be re-fractured. In the past the effectiveness of staged fracturing was judged only by whether the breakthrough pressure of tubing-and-easing pressures is obvious on the ground eurves of fracturing, But tbe surface pressure fluctuation is greatly affected by human faetors, so it leads to low acceuraey or low reliability of the judgment. Use the downhole manometer monitoring technology' to obtain the bottomhole pressure and temperature data. We can accurately judge whether the in-casing channeling occurs at the interval of target zone by analyzing the variation features of the bottom and surface curves. At present, this technology has been applied to 125 intervals in 20 wells in total, aml became the most economic, simplest and most reliahle means for effeetiveness evaluation of staged fraeturing in horizontal wells.
