获得性单侧痣样毛细血管扩张2例

Two Cases of Acquired Unilateral Nevoid Telangiectasia

2例获得性单侧痣样毛细血管扩张患者均为男性,职业均为厨师,右侧面部、颈部及右侧上肢及胸部可见大小不一的点片状暗红色斑,其上可见毛细血管扩张。病理组织检查符合该诊断。脉冲染料激光治疗后效果较好。

Two cases of acquired unilateral nevoid telangiectasia （UNT） were male and cooks. Physical examination showed different sizes of dark red spots and patches and angiotelectasis on the right face, neck and right up- per limbs and chest of patients. The histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of UNT. All patients obtained sat- isfactory curative effects through pulsed dye laser therapy.
