摘要
患儿女,2.5h。生后发现周身泛发瘀斑、结节。外周血白细胞增高,血涂片见大量幼稚细胞。骨髓报告支持白血病(M5b型)。诊断:先天性白血病。本文就先天性白血病的病因、流行病学、临床表现、实验室检查及预后等进行了文献复习。
A 2.5-hour-old girl presented with generalized bruise and nodules in the whole body after birth. The periph- eral white blood cells were high and a large number of immature cells were found in the blood smear. The bone marrow supported leukemia（ M5b type）. The diagnosis was congenital leukemia. Its etiology, epidemiol- ogy, clinical manifestations,laboratory examinations and prognosis were reviewed.
