棘层松解型光线性角化病1例

A Case of Acantholytic Actinic Keratosis

患者女,91岁,面部皮疹4年余。4年前始患者右颊发红,面积逐渐增大,表面出现干燥脱屑;右前额出现皮疹,逐渐增高、变粗。右颊皮损组织病理示:基底层细胞轻度异型,在紧接表皮基底层不典型细胞之上方可见裂隙,裂隙上方有不同程度不典型细胞。诊断:棘层松解型光线性角化病,皮角。

A 91-year-old female presented with erythema on the right cheek for more than 4 years. Erythema increased gradually in size with the dry and scaly appearance. Meanwhile there were smaller keratotie lesions arising on the right forehead which increased in height progressively. Skin biopsy on the right cheek showed suprabasal intraepithelial cracking,mild atypical keratinoeytes at upper and lower cracking. A diagnose of aeantholytic actinic keratosis with cutaneous horn was made.
