摘要
例1女,9岁。左侧头顶部见一约6.0cm×7.0cm大小暗红色痈状隆起,其上可见米粒大小脓疱,挤压时有黄色脓液流出,皮损表面头发完全脱失。例2女,5岁。系例1妹妹,左侧头皮顶部见数片黄豆至鸽蛋大小灰白色鳞屑性斑块,部分头发紧贴头皮折断,留下黑色小点。2例患儿皮损真菌镜检均(+),培养鉴定均为紫色毛癣菌。诊断分别为脓癣和黑点癣。治疗:口服伊曲康唑配合其他治疗效果明显,目前仍在随访中。
Case 1 ： A 9-year-old girl presented with elevated dark red nodular mass with alopecia in the left scalp region. The mass was approximately 6.0cm × 7.0cm in diameter,wtih several pustular patches and yellow extensive suppurative discharge upon pressure. Case 2：A 5-year-old girl, who was the younger sister, presented with several gray scaly plaques in the left scalp. The plaque reached the size of soybean to pigeon egg approxi- mately. Partial of infected hairs broken flush with the scalp which manifests as a black dot. Mycological exam- ination including direct microscopic examination and fungal cultures confirmed Trichophyton violaceum infec- tion. The elder sister was diagnosed with kerion while the younger sister with black-dot ringworm. They both received oral itraconazole together with other adjunctive therapies. The regimen showed a favorable effect. Currently they were in the follow-up.
