房颤患者左心房内径与血清骨保护素及其受体轴的关系及临床意义

Correlative study on relationship between serum OPG/RANKL Axis and left atrial diameter in atrial fibrillation patients

心房颤动（房颤）是临床上最常见的心律失常,其发病率在全世界范围内具有增高趋势,房颤有导致和加重心力衰竭以及增加血管栓塞的风险。但房颤的发病机制并未完全清楚,近年来研究发现,房颤的发生和维持与心房的电重构和结构重构有一定关系,特别是与心房纤维化、心房肌细胞的凋亡及炎症反应有密切关系[1],

We detect the levels of OPG/RANKL in serum using ELISA in 22 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation（AF）,22 patients with permanent AF and 40 patients with sinus rhythm.The levels of OPG/RANKL in patients with permanent AF were statistically higher than that in paroxysmal AF or sinus rhythm controls and the LADs in patients with permanent AF were statistically higher than that in paroxysmal AF or sinus rhythm controls.The levels of OPG/RANKL in patients with paroxysmal AF were statistically higher than in sinus rhythm controls,but,the LADs in patients with paroxysmal AF were＇t statistically higher than that in sinus rhythm controls.Our results suggest that OPG/RANKL may participate in the occurrence and persistence of AF.
