鼻-鼻窦炎与眼眶植入性整复术后感染的相关性研究

Relationship between rhinosinusitis and the infection after blow-out fracture reduction

目的研究鼻-鼻窦炎与眼眶骨折复位手术后感染的关系。方法以12例眼眶骨折复位手术后并发感染的患者为观察组,对其颌面部CT所显示的鼻窦炎症情况进行Lund-Mackay评分,同时以18例同期实施手术但无感染病例的CT评分作为对照组,比较2组评分的差异。结果观察组Lund-Mackay评分为(5.17±2.86)分,对照组为(2.22±1.55)分,观察组评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于存在窦口鼻道复合体阻塞的患者,同期控制鼻-鼻窦炎,可以降低眼眶骨折整复手术后的感染率。

Objective To investigate the relationship between rhinosinusitis and the infection after blow-out fracture reduction. Methods Twelve patients who suffered from infection after blow-out fracture reduction were chosen as the experimental group and eighteen noninfection patients as the control group. Sinus inflammation of the both groups was valued by using Lund-Mackay staging and the difference was analyzed. Results The score of the experimental group was 5. 17 ± 2. 86 while the control group was 2. 22 ± 1. 55. The difference showed a statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusions For patients suffered from blow-out fracture combined with rhinosinusitis,dealing with the inflammation could reduce the infection incidence after blow-out fracture reduction.
