右心功能与心脏再同步化治疗的研究进展
Progress of research in right heart function and cardiac resynchronization therapy
摘要
心脏再同步化治疗（cardiacresynchronizationtherapy，CRT）是终末期心力衰竭患者的一种治疗方法，通过改善房室、室内、室间的同步性达到治疗心力衰竭的目的。但是在临床治疗过程中发现有20％～30％的患者治疗效果不好，有的没有改善，甚至恶化。鉴于CRT的治疗成本，希望能够找到更好的预测CRT疗效的指标，筛选出CRT疗效欠佳者，以往研究关注点大多是在左心，而研究右心的较少，右心相关参数会不会影响CRT的疗效，CRT治疗后对右心功能是否有影响，本文就相关内容的研究进展做一综述。
