摘要
目的探讨妊娠合并急性胰腺炎的临床特征、诊断、治疗及母婴的影响。方法回顾分析我院2011年6月～2014年5月收治的14例妊娠合并急性胰腺炎患者临床资料。结果 14例患者,其中10例及时终止妊娠,14例均治愈出院。结论妊娠合并急性胰腺炎强调早诊断,早治疗和个性化治疗,适时终止妊娠可以减少母婴并发症;高脂血症胰腺炎尽早行血浆置换,改善预后。
Objective To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis, treatment and the influence of maternal and infant of acute pancreatitis in pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 14 cases of acute pancreatitis with pregnancy treated in our hospital from June 2011 to May 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 10 patients received termination of pregnancy in time in 14 cases, who were all cured. Conclusion It is emphasis on early diagnosis, early treatment and individualized treatment in acute pancreatitis in pregnancy, timely termination of pregnancy can reduce the complications of maternal and infant; patients with hyperlipidaemia pancreatitis needs plasma replacement as soon as possible to improve the prognosis.
