摘要 目的了解恩施山区6~24月龄婴幼儿血红蛋白(Hb)水平,为婴幼儿贫血的控制提供基线资料和科学依据。方法采用氰化高铁血红蛋白(Hi CN)法,利用XF-1C血红蛋白仪测定该地区儿童血红蛋白水平,并采用SPSS统计软件进行分析。结果恩施山区6~24月龄婴幼儿血红蛋白水平为(113.43±16.00)g/L,男童为(113.48±16.41)g/L,女童为(113.38±15.58)g/L。血红蛋白水平随月龄变化明显,6~11月龄婴幼儿血红蛋白水平最低,随后逐渐升高。结论恩施山区婴幼儿血红蛋白水平较低,应开展健康教育和营养干预,降低当地贫血患病率。 Objective To observe the level of hemoglobin among 6-24 months children and infants from Enshi District, and to provide baseline data and scientific support for anemia control. Methods The level of hemoglobin was determined by Hi CN method with XF-1C hemoglobin analyzer, and analyse the data with SPSS statistical software. Results The level of hemoglobin among 6-24 months children and infants in Enshi District is(113.43±16.00)g/L, the level of boys was(113.48±16.41)g/L, the level of girls was(113.38±15.58) g/L. The level ofhemoglobin increased with month age, and 6-11 months was the lowest. Conclusion The level of hemoglobin among children and infant in Enshi district is low. It is advised to develop healtheducation and nutrition intervention to decrease the prevalence of anemia.
