三种内膜准备方案在冻融胚胎移植中的结局分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的比较3种不同内膜准备方案在冻融胚胎移植中的临床结局。方法观察分析2011年1月至2014年6月在本院生殖中心接受冻融胚胎移植的不孕不育患者,共193个周期,其中自然周期组(A组)85例,补佳乐人工周期组(B组)78例,补佳乐联合芬吗通组(C组)30例,比较分析患者的子宫内膜厚度、临床妊娠及胚胎着床等有关情况。结果 3组患者年龄、不育年限、移植胚胎数、转化日子宫内膜厚度等差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);总体临床妊娠率、总体胚胎种植率及流产率分别为53.4%(103/193)、32.1%(135/420)、7.8%(8/103);C组妊娠率和胚胎种植率66.7%和36.7%,高于A组(47.1%和29.2%)和B组(44.9%和33.5%),但组间差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论在冻胚移植内膜准备过程中,补佳乐联合芬吗通方案组可获得较好的妊娠结局,且经济方便。
