河南产丹参内生真菌的多样性分析 被引量:5

Analysis of Diversity of Endophytic Fungi in Salvia miltiorrhiza from Henan in China

摘要 目的分析我国河南产区药用植物丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza)内生真菌的多样性。方法从野生、栽培、仿野生3种生境的不同月份(3,6,9,11月)的丹参内分离内生真菌并鉴定。结果共分离的277株内生真菌,经形态学和分子生物学鉴定(ITS序列)分属于25个属。野生、栽培和仿野生丹参根的内生真菌有一定相似性(相似性系数:0.31~0.38),优势菌群主要有链格孢属Alternaria、木霉属Trichoderma和Cryptosporiopsis;以3月份丹参内生真菌的多样性最丰富(辛普森多样性指数:0.73;香农维纳指数:1.39)。结论河南产丹参内生真菌具有丰富的生物多样性,有可能在丹参道地药材的形成中发挥潜在作用。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the diversity of endophytic fungi in Salvia miltiorrhiza(Danshen in China) from Henan province in China.METHODS The endophytic fungi from cultivated,wild,and woods-grown S.miltiorrhiza harvested in March,June,September,and November were isolated and identified.RESULTS A total of 227 endophytic fungi were isolated from S.miltiorrhiza and classified into 25 taxa by morphology and molecular biology identification(ITS sequence).Alternaria,Trichoderma,and Cryptosporiopsis were the dominant fungi,and the Sorenson coefficients were 0.31-0.38 for the cultivated,wild,and woods-grown S.miltiorrhiza roots.The diversity indices of the endophytic fungi harvested in March were higher than those in the other three months(Simpson's diversity index: 0.73; Shannon-Wiener index: 1.39).CONCLUSION The endophytic fungi in S.miltiorrhiza from Henan have abundant diversity,which may play a potential role in the formation of genuine of S.miltiorrhiza.
