摘要
目的研究显齿蛇葡萄叶中黄酮苷类化学成分。方法运用多种色谱技术分离显齿蛇葡萄叶中黄酮苷类成分,采用波谱技术和理化性质确定化合物的结构。结果分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为二氢杨梅素(1)、大黄素(2)、槲皮素(3)、杨梅素(4)、花旗松素(5)、山柰酚(6)、二氢山柰酚(7)、杨梅素-3-O-L-鼠李糖苷(8)、阿福豆素(9)、1,5,8-三羟基-3-甲氧基酮(10)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(11)、杨梅素-3'-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(12)、蛇葡萄素(13)、杨梅素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(14)、紫云英苷(15)、杨梅素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(16)。结论化合物10是首次从该属植物中得到,化合物5、6、7、9、12、15为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Ampelopsis grossedentata(Hand-Mazz) W.T.wang.METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated and purified with silica column chromatography,gel chromatography,etc.Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and various spectroscopic methods including NMR spectrum,MS,UV,etc.RESULTS Sixteen compounds were isolated and elucidated as dihydromyricetin(1),physcion(2),quercetin(3),myricetin(4),taxifolin(5),kaempferol(6),dihydrokaempferol(7),myricetin-3-O-L-rhamnoside(8),afzelechin(9),bellidifodin(10),quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(11),myricetin-3 '-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(12),ampelopsin(13),myricetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside(14),astragalin(15) and myricetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(16).CONCLUSION Compound 10 is reported from the plants in genus Ampelopsis for the first time.Compounds 5,6,7,9,12 and 15 are isolated from this plant material for the first time.
