多金属氧酸盐/PANI/SnO_2复合催化剂的制备及光催化降解动力学 被引量:11

摘要 合成了三元复合材料β2-Si W11/PANI/Sn O2,并用IR、UV-Vis、XRD、XPS、氮气吸附-脱附和SEM等手段对其进行了表征。结果显示,复合后PANI红外振动峰发生红移,聚苯胺的加入一定程度上减少了纳米Sn O2的团聚,改善了其分散性,产物为介孔材料。UV-Vis光谱表明,复合后材料对可见光的响应显著增强。以龙胆紫为降解对象,研究了多种因素对光降解的影响。实验结果表明,三元催化剂β2-Si W11/PANI/Sn O2表现出比一元催化剂Sn O2、β2-Si W11和二元催化剂PANI/Sn O2更高的光降解性能,经30 W紫外灯照射90 min后,其降解率为90.28%,光催化降解龙胆紫为一级动力学反应。 The ternary composite catalyst β2-SiW11/PANI/SnO2 was successfully prepared. Meanwhile, the structural properties and textural parameters were characterized using IR, UV-Vis,XRD,XPS and SEM. The additive of PANI matrix was useful to re- duce the agglomeration of nanopartieles and improve the dispersion. N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm illustrated their feature of mesopores structures. UV-Vis spectra presented their obvious visible-light absorption responsibility. Moreover,the influences of va- rious parameters on the degradation of gentian violet were investigated, and the results indicated that its photodegradation rate could reach up to 90.28% under 30 W ultraviolet light for 90 rain. The photocatalytic performance of β2-SiW11/PANI/SnO2 had a higher activity than that of SnO2 ,β2-SiW11 and PANI/SnO2. In addition,the reaction kinetic of photoeatalytic degradation of gen- tian violet belong to a first-order.
