摘要
基于盐酸介质中,一定量的丙烯酰胺对高锰酸钾-甲醛-抗坏血酸体系的化学发光有抑制作用,建立了流动注射化学发光法测定丙烯酰胺的新方法。该方法操作简单、对仪器条件要求不高,适合日常检测。条件优化后,化学发光抑制程度与丙烯酰胺的浓度在4.0×10^-5-1.0×10^-3g/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限(3σ)为5.0×10^-6g/L。对5.0×10^-4g/L的丙烯酰胺进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.7%。采用该方法对重庆市大学城片区的出厂水进行加标回收测定,回收率为96.3%-104.8%。结果表明,此方法可用于丙烯酰胺含量的测定。
This work reports a flow-injection chemiluminescence operate with a lower request of instrument and suitable for daily for the determination of aerylamide. This new method is easy to monitoring. In hydrochloric acid medium,the acrylamide inhibit the chemiluminescence of vitamin C intermixed with potassium permanganate and methanol. Under the optimum condition, the chemiluminescence intensity was linear with the concentration of acrylamide over the range from 4.0×10^-5 to 1.0 ×10^-3 g/L, and the detection limit was 5.0×10^-6g/L. The relative standard deviation( n = 11 ) was 2.7% for 5.0 ×10^-4g/L acrylamide. The treated water sample of Chongqing University area was determined by this method and the recoveries ranged from 96.3% to 104.8%. This method has been used to detect acrylamide injections with satisfied results.
