摘要
采用C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm),流动相为V(0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液)∶V(水)=80∶20,柱温为30℃;流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为204 nm的HPLC法测定乙基D环的含量及有关物质。结果表明,乙基D环与丁二酸、丁酸及其他降解杂质分离良好。该方法专属性强,结果准确、灵敏,操作简便,可作为乙基D环的质量控制方法。
To establish a HPLC method for determination of the content of ethylcycle-d and related substance. The separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm×5μm). The mobile phase was composed of V(0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate): V(water) = 80: 20, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The injection volume was 20 μL and the determination wavelength was set at 204 nm. The column temperature was 30℃. Ethylcycle-d and related substances could be absolutely separa- ted using this method. The method was simple, efficient and accurate for analyzing the content of ethylcycle-d and related sub- stances.
