钨酸钠催化制备1H-咪唑-4-甲酸

Preparation of 1H-Imidazole-4-carboxylic Acid: Tungstic Acid Catalyzed Green Process of Desulfurization

摘要 以乙酰甘氨酸乙酯为原料,经烯醇化、环合、催化氧化脱硫、水解制得目标化合物。重点研究讨论了脱硫反应的影响因素,包括催化剂、温度、反应时间对氧化脱巯基反应的影响,得到最适反应条件。并且目标化合物经1HNMR确认了其结构。 The target compound was synthesized using ethyl N-acetylglycinate as starting material, via proper process of enolization, cyclization, catalyzed oxidative desulfurization and hydrolysis. The processes of desulfurization,including effects of cat- alyst,temperature and reaction time on the oxidative desulfurization were investigated and the optimal conditions were obtained. The structure was confirmed via 1HNMR.
