摘要
以1,3-环己二酮和N-甲基己内酰胺为原料,经过甲基化、对接、脱氢芳构化、乙基化、氢化铝锂还原,共5步反应制备了标题化合物,产品经过1HNMR、13CNMR、IR、MS表征。对关键步骤进行工艺优化,总收率30.0%。
Meptazinol hydrochloride was synthesized from 1,3-cyclohexanedione and N-methylcaprolactam via methylation, doc- king,dehydrogenation aromatization,ethylation and lithium aluminium hydride reduction. Compounds were confirmed by I HNMR, 13CNMR,IR, MS. The critical process was optimized,the overall yield was about 30%.
