摘要
分析了树脂砂铸造马氏体不锈钢叶轮的工艺特点,设计了铸造工艺方案,通过Pro Cast有限元分析软件对设计的工艺进行模拟分析和工艺优化,确定了最终铸造工艺,并进行了生产验证。研究结果表明,叶轮铸件选取阶梯式浇注方式和开放式浇注系统,可以保证金属液平稳、完全充型;采用冒口与冷铁配合使用时可以有效消除铸件的缩孔与缩松。生产验证表明采用优化后的铸造工艺设计方案,生产的铸件充型完整,铸件轮廓清晰,内部没有明显的铸造缺陷。
The technology character ofmartensite stainless steel pumping impeller was studied by resin sand. The foundry technique was designed, and simulation analysis was carried out on the design of process and process optimization with ProCAST finite element analysis software. The results show that adopting stepwise pouring way and open gating system can ensure smooth and complete filling of liquid metal. The shrinkage of the casting can be efficiently eliminated by using both casting head and chiller. Production verification test show that the casting of martensite stainless steel pumping impeller can be totally shaped, and there is not obvious foundry defect in casting.
