合并神经系统症状手足口病患儿的临床特点

Clinical characteristics of the children with hand, foot and mouth disease combined with nervous system symptoms

目的对手足口病（HFMD）合并神经系统症状患儿的临床特点进行分析，旨在为该种疾病的临床防治工作提供相应的参考资料。方法2012年3月至2014年1月安阳市第五人民医院收治HFMD合并神经系统患儿100例，并对其临床特点进行分析。结果HFMD合并神经系统症状患儿的主要临床特点为出疹、发热、呕吐、肢体震颤、精神差、嗜睡、烦躁、双膝反射活跃、惊跳、颈抵抗、肺部病变、心率增快、呼吸加快、血压升高等。结论了解合并神经系统症状HFMD患儿的临床特点，制定有效的治疗措施，降低患儿的病死率与致残率。

Objective To analyze the clinical features of children with hand, foot and mouth disease combined with neurological symptoms, and to provide reference materials of the clinical prevention and treatment for the disease. Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of HFMD combined with nervous system symptoms in the fifth people＇ s Anyang hospital from March 2012 to January 2013 year were selected, and their clinical characteristics were analyzed. Results The main clinical features of HFMD combined with nervous system symptoms in children were rash, fever, vomiting, limb tremor, poor spirit, lethargy, irritability, double knee reflex active, startle, stiff neck, lung disease, increased heart rate, breathing, and high blood pressure. Conclusions By understanding the clinical features of HFMD combined with nervous system symptoms, can formulate effective measures for children, and reduce the mortality and disability rate.
