腹腔镜肝胆胰脾手术的临床疗效分析

目的探讨腹腔镜下行肝胆胰脾手术的临床效果。方法选取商丘市第一人民医院2012年6月至2013年6月收治的90例肝胆胰脾患者作为研究对象，根据患者的实际情况对患者分别行腹腔镜下肝切除术、腹腔镜下胆总管切开取石术、腹腔镜下胰腺假性囊脓肿吻合术及腹腔镜下脾切除术，并分析手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间等情况。结果所有患者中行腹腔镜下手术78例，腹腔镜下辅助手术10例，手助式腹腔镜下切除术2例。所有患者手术均成功，无严重并发症发生且无死亡病例。结论在腹腔镜下直视下行肝胆胰脾手术能减少患者的疼痛，缩短住院天数，对该类疾病的诊治及预后都具有显著的意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic hepatobiliary surgery Methods Ninety patients from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected as the research subjects, they were treated by laparoscopic hepatectomy, laparoscopic choledocholithotomy, laparoscopic pancreas pseudoabscess anastomosis and laparoscopic splenectomy, and the operative time, blood loss, postoperative hospital stay were analyzed. Results Among the 104 patients, 78 patients underwent laparoscopy, 10 cases underwent laparoscopic-assisted surgery, laparoscopic and hand-assisted laparoscopic resection in 2 patients. All patients were operated successfully without serious complications and no deaths occurred. Conclusions Take pancreatic spleen surgery by laparoscopy, can reduce the patient＇ s pain, shorten hospital stay, and has significant significance in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of these diseases.
