磷酸肌酸钠改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能和B型脑钠肽的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of phosphocreatine on heart function and plasma BNP level in patients with chronic heart failure

目的观察慢性心力衰竭患者应用磷酸肌酸钠后心功能和B型脑钠肽（BNP）的改善情况。方法选取冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者共80例，随机分为治疗组40例，对照组40例，对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗，治疗组在常规抗心力衰竭治疗基础上加用磷酸肌酸钠，疗程2周。治疗前后评价两组患者的心功能分级、左室射血分数（LVEF）、左室舒张末内径（LVEDD）、左室收缩末内径（LVESD）和血浆BNP变化。结果治疗后磷酸肌酸钠治疗组左室射血分数（LVEF）与对照组比较明显增加（P〈0．05），左室舒张末内径（LVEDD）、左室收缩末内径（LVESD）明显下降（P〈0．05），血浆BNP水平较对照组明显下降（P〈0．05）。结论慢性心力衰竭患者在常规抗心力衰竭治疗的基础上联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗可显著改善患者的心功能、降低血浆BNP水平。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of phosphocreatine on heart function and plasma BNP level in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）. Methods Eighty patients with CHF were randomly divided into treatment group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）. The control group received conventional anti-heart failure therapy. The treatment group received phosphocreatine for injection on the basis of regular therapy, with a treatment course of 2 weeks. The patients were evaluated for classification of cardiac function, LVEF, LVEDD, LVESD and the levels of BNP before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the LVEF increased significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The LVEDD, the LYESD and the levels of BNP decreased significantly（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The conventional anti-heart failure therapy with phosphocreatine treatment on CHF can improve significantly the cardiac function and reduce the plasma BNP level.
