摘要
协商民主在我国的制度与实践具有深刻的政治社会价值。作为社会主义民主政治的实现形式,其本质是实现人民民主,实现人的自由全面发展。在社会治理层面,协商民主深度优化改革中的政治生态,提升治国理政的科学化水平。在此基础上,进一步健全和完善协商民主制度体系,需要系统思维和细节设计,需要不断提高协商实效。
Consultative democracy is of profound political and social value to the system and practice in China. Being the form of socialist democratic politics, it essentially aims to achieve people＇ s democracy and personal free development in an all - round way. With respect to social governance, the system of consultative democracy will optimize the political ecology in the reform, and improve scientific level of state governance. In order to further improve the consultative democracy system, we need to pay attention to systematic thinking and detailed design and constantly increase the effectiveness of consultation.
