摘要
以黄岩汇煤矿15107孤岛工作面为工程背景,分析了巷道围岩变形特征,提出了锚带网索综合控制技术。监测表明:超前工作面120~180m,回采对巷道变形影响较小;超前工作面70~120m,回采对巷道的影响逐步显现;超前工作面0~20m为剧烈影响期。监测期间巷道顶底移近量为886mm,以底鼓为主,两帮变形量达到1164mm,以煤柱帮为主。顶板离层监测表明回采阶段锚固区内离层较小。
The roadway deformation characteristics were analyzed and a combined support technology of anchor - belt - net - cable was proposed, according to the engineering background of 15107 island coal face in Huangyanhui Coal Mine. The results of the field test show that, mining impact on roadway deformation is unobvious at 120m to 180m ahead of the coal face; within 70m to 120m, the impact of mining on the roadway appears gradually ; and the mining impact becomes severe within 0m to 20m. During the observation, the roof to floor convergence is 886mm, mainly caused by floor heave. The two side deformation is 1164mm, mainly occurred on the side of coal pillar. The floor separation monitoring shows that, the separation in the anchorage zone is unobvious under mining influence.
