摘要 针对砂墩子矿厚煤层综放开采,煤层自然发火期短,对回撤时间要求严格的情况,采取了加强端头顶板管理、将液压支架作为掩护支架支撑回撤迎头空间,注氮与注阻化剂、黄泥胶体、黄泥灌浆等综合防灭火措施在内的综合方案,实现了工作面25d完全回撤,为后续及类似条件工作面回撤提供了经验。 Aiming at the short spontaneous combustion period of coal seam, in thick coal seam fully mechanized caving of Shadunzi Coal Mine, which requires very efficient working face removing, a c6mprehensive plan was proposed, including strengthening roof control at the ends, hydraulic support as shield supporting recovering space and comprehensive fire control measures of nitrogen and inhibitor injection, yellow mud colloids injection and mud grouting. The removing of N4002 working face was completed in 25 da,cs, which provided experience for removing of similar working faces.
