摘要
以汾西矿业集团柳湾选煤厂重介中煤为研究对象,通过煤质分析、破碎解离和浮选试验,探讨了中煤再选的途径。中煤不经破碎直接再选时,按精煤灰分要求10.50%,理论精煤产率只有4.25%,按破碎粒度13mm、6mm和3mm将中煤分别破碎时,对应灰分10.50%的精煤理论产率分别为5.90%、6.80%和13.01%;对-0.5mm中煤煤泥采用现场操作制度浮选时,精煤灰分高达28.40%。结合选煤厂现有工艺,确定了中煤破碎至-3mm,3~0.5mm煤泥重介分选,-0.5mm煤泥直接压滤作为中煤的工艺改造方案。
Quality of middlings of Fenxi Mining Group was analyzed, crushing and flotation experiments were carried out. Under the ash content requirement of 10. 50%, the theoretical clean coal yield of middlings re - prepared without crushing was 4. 25%. For the middlings crushed to 13mm, 6mm and 3mm, the theoretical clean coal yield reached 5.90%, 6. 80% and 13.01% at the ash content of 10. 50%. The -0. 5mm coal slime from middlings was treated with flotation using the field operation system, and the ash of flotation clean coal was 28. 40%. The process improvement was proposed, combining with the current process, that middlings crushed to - 3mm, 3 - O. 5mm materiel separated in small diameter hydro- cyclone, -0. 5mm coal slime mixed into middlings after filter press dehydration.
