摘要
当带式输送机运输倾角较大时,必须提前验证物料的稳定性,文章以一部倾角大于35°的带式输送机设计为前提,介绍了高倾角带式输送机试验装置的研制,通过在平煤天力公司某煤矿的应用情况得出:在提前验证物料稳定性的前提下,该高倾角带式输送机试验装置能确保最大坡度37°倾角情况下的安全运输。
The material stability should be verified in advance when the inclination of belt conveyor is large. Based on the design of a conveyor with inclination larger than 35° , the development of testing device for high inclination conveyor was introduced, the device was applied in a coal mine, and the application result shows that, the safe operation of the belt conveyor can be assured with maximum inclination of 37°, on the premise of the material stability checked in advance.
