摘要
针对采煤工作面瓦斯涌出量预测问题,设计了一种煤矿瓦斯探测仪。它由单片机ATmega8、信号采样电路、红外遥控装置、自校准电路、4个LED显示模块和声光报警器组成,体积小,使用方便,可随身携带,其工作原理为:单片机ATmega8获得信号采样电路的电压信号,由LED模块显示出来,判断是否超过4.25V,超过启动声光报警。该瓦斯探测仪具有精度高、速度快的优点,可以有效预测瓦斯突发事故,为煤矿的安全生产提供可靠保障。
Aiming at the prediction problem of gas emission from coal mining face, a coal mine gas detector was designed, comprising MCU ATmega8, signal sampling circuits, 4 LED display modules and sound and light alarm, which was small in size and easy to use. The MCU ATmega8 collected the voltage signal of signal sampling circuits, which was displayed by LED display modules. A result over 4. 25V would trigger the audible and visual alarm. The gas detection equipment is accurate and efficient in the prediction of gas outburst accident.
