摘要
风电场出力的不确定性增加了风电并网后线路阻塞可能性。为防止因风电功率波动导致的线路阻塞,在.NET平台上开发了基于风电功率预测结果的调度辅助决策系统。根据超短期风电功率预测的结果和实时电网数据,并考虑预测时刻电网的调度计划,校验15min后电网是否存在线路阻塞。分析阻塞线路上功率对可控节点单位功率增减的响应情况,提出通过调用PSASP软件计算阻塞线路灵敏度的方法,为调度人员消除线路阻塞提供参考策略。将研发系统应用于实际电网中,验证了所提出的消除线路阻塞的辅助决策的有效性。
The probability of lines congestion is increased as the result of the uncertainty of wind farm output for the wind power integrated grid. In this paper, a dispatching auxiliary decision-making system based on the prediction results of wind power was developed on the. NET platform in order to prevent the line congestion caused by fluctuations of wind power. Considering the results of short-term wind power prediction, the real-time grid data and the grid scheduling plan, the future grid of 15minutes later was checked whether there are the line congestions. By analyzing the response of con- gested lines' power to the regulation of controlled nodes' power and calling the PSASP software to calculate the sensitivity of congested line, a method which could provide the reference strategies to eliminate line congestion for dispatchers were proposed. The developed system has been applied in an actual grid and the effectiveness of the proposed auxiliary deci- sion-making was validated to eliminate line congestion.
