Deepening Cultural Structure Reform and Promoting Cultural Development in Jiangxi Province

江西是文化资源大省,但还不是文化强省。当前,江西文化体制改革启动快、步子稳、效果好,但很多改革任务仍处于起步阶段。为此,要重点抓好完善文化宏观管理体制机制、构建现代公共文化服务体系、构建现代文化市场体系、构建优秀文化作品创作传播体系、构建优秀传统文化传承体系、提高文化对外开放水平等六个方面的改革。

Jiangxi is a province with rich cultural resources, but not a powerful cultural province. At present, cultural structure reform in Jiangxi starts fast, takes steady steps and bears fruit, but lots of reform tasks are still in their infancies. Therefore, we should focus on the reform from six aspects, to complete cultural macro-management system and mechanism, to build the modem system of public cultural services, to establish modem cultural market system, to construct the system of excellent cultural works＇ creation and transmission, to structure a system of inheritance of fine traditional culture, and to raise the level of opening to the outside.
