小学教育专业本科生就业意向调查研究——以江西师范大学教育学院为例

Investigation on Primary Education Undergraduates' Employment Intention

本文通过调查江西师大教育学院小学教育专业本科生的就业意向,指出了小学教育专业本科生在就业意向方面受到性别、年级、家庭背景、文化观念等因素的影响,表现出三大特征:考研成为这门专业学生就业的首选;大部分学生青睐的就业地区为生源所在地;一些学生对就业薪金的期望值较高。而要克服这些就业意向中的问题,有关部门应正确引导大学生树立正确的就业观、开设有效的就业指导课程、加强学生的专业素质。

Based on the investigation of employment intention of the primary education undergraduates of Jiangxi Normal University, the paper points out that the students＇ employment intention is influenced by tlxeir gender, grade, family background, cultural values and some other elements. There are three features in the employment intention： firstly, the students prefer to choose examination employment; secondly, many students favor to work in their birth place; thirdly, some students pay high expectations on salary. To deal with these features of employment intention, the relevant departments should help college students establish a proper employment attitude, offer the employment guidance course and strengthen students＇ professional quality.
