摘要
为认真贯彻落实教育部《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》及国务院《关于当前发展学前教育的若干意见》等文件精神,2010年萍乡市人民政府出台了《萍乡市学前教育三年行动计划(2011-2013年)》。学前教育三年行动计划实施以来,萍乡市学前教育师资队伍建设取得可喜的成绩,但仍存在诸多问题。因此,解决萍乡市学前教育师资队伍建设问题对于学前教育二期行动计划的制定和推动当地学前教育的发展具有重要的现实意义。
To carry out and implement the "Guidelines of the National Program for Medium and Long-Term Educational Reform and Development" issued by Chinese Ministry of Education and "Opinions on the Current Development of Pre-school Education" issued by China sthte council, Pingxiang Municipal Government worked out a plan in 2010-- "Three-year(2011-2013)Action Plan on Pingxiang' s Pre-school Education" . Since the plan was carded out, gratifying achievements have been made on the construction of pre-school teaching staff in Pingxiang. But there are still some problems existing in it. Therefore, it is significant to solve the problems, so as to make the second period action plan and further develop the local education.
