摘要
船舶柴油机是一个集往复件和回转件于一体的典型摩擦学系统,也一直是磨粒检测故障诊断中的应用对象,文章采用铁谱分析法对大型船用柴油机MAN B&W 7K90MC进行了磨损检测实验。研究结果表明:通过对油液中磨粒图像识别分析而预测的故障,与实际拆装检测得出的故障基本吻合,有利于铁谱分析法在故障诊断中的推广应用。
Marine diesel engine is a collection of reciprocating and rotating parts of a typical tribological sys- tem, which have always been application object in fault diagnosis with grinding particle detection. In this paper, iron spectrum analysis method is used to make a wear test for the large marine diesel engine MAN B&W 7K90 MC. The results show that fault prediction through the wear particle image recognition analysis accords basically with the actual disassembly fault detection, which is favorable for promoting application of iron spectrum analysis in fault dignosis.
