摘要 气囊下水技术是我国具有自主知识产权的一项高新技术。文章基于气囊下水存在的一系列技术问题,通过气囊压缩试验、实船下水过程测试等方法的不断探索、研究,对大型船舶下水用气囊的结构及性能参数要求、船台坡道参数、牵引力计算以及下水计算等方面进行了深入的研究,总结出了一套完整的计算方法。研究结果已在70 000 DWT和82 000 DWT等船舶下水实践过程中得到了充分的认证,从而为大型船舶的下水提供了一套技术理论支持。 Application of air bags to launch ships is a high - new technology with independent intellectual property rights. Based on air bag compressure test and launching process measurement for full - scale ships, a se- ries of technical solutions has been explored and developed, that is the requirements of both form of structure and performance parameters of air bag for large ship launching, the launch ramp's parameters, the traction calculation and launching process analysis methods, etc. In this paper a complete set of calculation method is summed up. The research results have fully certificated in practice of launching ships from 70 000 DWT to 82 000 DWT, so as to give the technic and theory support for launching large ship utilizing air bags.
