UPLC-MS/MS测定氯磺隆及其在土壤中的残留动态

摘要 为评价氯磺隆对后茬作物的安全性,通过对土壤施药,分时间段采集,建立了氯磺隆在土壤中的消解动态方程Y=2.0643e-0.034X,同时开发了氯磺隆在土壤中快速检测的超高效液相色谱串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)。结果表明:氯磺隆在土壤中的半衰期为21.4d,如要降至0.2μg·kg-1,理论值为271.8d。由此可见,氯磺隆如增量或重复多次使用极易对后茬作物造成药害。 For the evaluation of Chlorsulfuron safety on the succeeding crops, based on the soil application, time period of collection, the equation Y=2. 0643e^-0.034x of the residue dynamics in the soil was established. At the same time, the method of rapid detection of chlorsulfuron in soil was developed by UPLC-MS/MS. The result showed that the half-life of chlorsulfuron in the soil was 21.4 d, when chlorsulfuron degraded to 0.2 μg · kg-1 , it was 271.8 d in the theory. Thus the chlorsulfuron could cause phytotoxicity to the afterreap crop as incremental or reused.
