摘要
为提高土地经济承载力以及资源集约节约利用效率,本研究构建DEA模型,运用DEAP软件分别计算分析2004年到2012年山西省工业用地效率的逐年变化特征和2012年11个地市工业用地效率的区域差异特征。从动态角度,分别分析了2004年到2012年山西省、11个地市和5个区域工业全要素生产率的时空变化特征。结果表明,山西省工业经济增长主要依靠规模增长,缺乏一定的技术创新能力;11个地市纯技术效率与规模效率都呈现出梯度差异,纯技术效率区域差异与各市主导行业类型、工业发展程度、工业地价有关;山西省工业全要素生产率呈现增长趋势,但受土地资源限制,增长趋势在减缓。区域上,工业全要素生产率变化呈现出晋东南、晋南增长最快,晋北居中,中部外圈区、中部核心区增长最慢,且外圈区快于核心区的特征。
In order to improve the efficiency of the use of land and resource intensive economic carrying capacity, DEA model was constructed , characteristics about temporal variation of industrial land efficiency from 2004 to 2012 and spa- tim variation among lacities of Shanxi Province were analyzed by using DEAP software. From the dynamic point of view, TFP characteristics about spatial and temporal variation of Shanxi Province, llcities and 5 regions from 2004 to 2012 were analyzed. The results showed that, the Shanxi Province industrial economic growth mainly depended on the growth of scale, lack of technological innovation ability. Pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency showed gradient difference among llcities. Spatial variation of pure technical efficiency was related to leading industry, level of industri- al development and price of industrial land. The total factor productivity of Shanxi province industry presented growth trend, but by the limited land resources, growth trend in slow. The region, the changes in industrial total factor pro- ductivity of southeast and south of Shanxi Province were the fastest, followed by north of Shanxi Province, the central periphery and core region of Shanxi Province were the slowest, and the speed of periphery was faster than that of core region.
